Here is one of the first articles to come out this morning analyzing this (truly historic!) decision of the Supreme Court. I hasten to note I have not studied this article in detail but wanted to get it out for your information with the caveat that I do so based on my respect for Techno Fog’s usual comprehensive research and excellent writing. I also do so noting that at last the Nationalized “Culture of Death”, as it was termed by John Paul II, has at last been returned to the States where, as Justice Scalia, may he rest in peace, said so many times, it belongs.
