This word keeps returning like the proverbial bad penny and not a day goes by in the last wretched, tawdry, corrupt, unprincipled three years that I don’t use that word when viewing the latest insult imposed on the American public by the gang of hoodlums now in what we laughably (if it weren’t so tragic) call our National “leadership.” I suspect you feel the same way but perhaps you describe the emotion with a different word; the fright and the concern and the danger we all feel, however, is the same.
That’s the way I started a draft a few days ago and then set it aside to see how the brewing embrogio between the heroic State of Texas and the unpeakable forces of evil represented by the most corrupt “President” (I refuse to give him the full honorific I would give a truly great American President like Ronald Reagan without quotes as he is clearly an imposter and a puppet) would play out. It is now the evening of Sunday, January 28, 2024 and the battle lines are still being drawn with the State of Texas and the Constitution of the United States on one side, and the Democrats marching in lockstep with the mainstream media, academia, entertainment, and the moron caucus composed of those idiots marching around with signs reading “From the river to the sea” but cannot name the river or the sea, on the other.
There are so many articles out in the past few days analyzing the legalities and rights and wrongs and morals and immorals of each side and from that mass of learned exegesis I have formed my own opinion which is that the law and, in my own estimation, that which in this situation is far more important, the morals, are clearly on the side of the State of Texas but my opinion is not the subject of this short post. These thoughts are prompted by a letter signed by a group of retired FBI agents expressing their belief that the actions of this insanely dangerous administration are bringing us closer to our own October 7 as we have ever been. These men were very highly placed in positions of authority in the fields which would give them the expertise which should command our attention and, most critically, that of the damned fools in Washington who seem hellbent on getting some, if not many, of their fellow citizens slaughtered just as the Israelis were on October 7.
Here is their letter. As the doctrine in the law suggests “Res Ipsa Loquitur”- the thing speaks for itself. It is my deep conviction, and fear, that no one is listening to voices like these but those of us who are left with sentient, functioning minds have the responsibility as citizens to at least have some conception of what might be coming our way. God Help Us.
I have viewed the video available thus far of the October 7 massacre. What I saw was the slaughter beginning in a very nice, quiet, peaceful little coummunity eerily like the one we are blessed to live in. An elderly man, like me, was sitting in his chair, taking in the morning breeze and quiet with his cup of coffee and his book, like I like to do. He was machine gunned to death on the spot by animals we are told by our betters we should not call animals. That scene has haunted me ever since I saw it. That scene is me. And you. And we have no idea when it may be coming, or where it will be coming. But read this letter carefully and you will share my fear that it is no longer a question of whether it will be coming, but where and when.
Our country is in grave danger and the magnitude of what may be coming in the next few months is quite simply staggering.
FYI: The department of education was established by President Andrew Jackson in 1865 and started it work in 1867 which was to gather statistics and information about the states education systems. It wasn't until JImmy Carter became president, that the department of education became a cabinet entity. Why,? Pressure from special interest groups, one being the Teacher's Unions who contributed heavily to the democratic party. We must not forget that under FDR's NEW DEAL, saw the largest increase in government agencies to implement the New Deal. Government agencies don't die away they morphed into into other agencies or change names.
We have allowed our political system to go on autopilot for decades. Creating their own agendas, throwing the population a "bone (s)," pacifiers keeping the population docile, while they support each other's agendas...for the elitists, donors, special interest groups and others to establish a one party system. It was Covid that shine a bright light on the Democratic leadership agenda with support from GOP members like McConnell and other RHINOS and Republicans chameleons. It's time to take back control of our country, we have place too much trust in our elected officials without reviewing their policies. First step is TERM LIMITS. We are a Constitutional Republic, and to emphasize that the word "Constitution," be added to party's designation.
