"Oopsie! Too late!" President of El Salvador to Far Left DC Federal Judge
A judge who thought his writ ran through airspace and into Central America! Not!
The radicalism of the far left judges all over the country, but especially in the Federal Court of the District of Columbia, is reaching the point where each succeeding account of a new injunction or a new expession of outrage against the President they despise and whose authority they deny seems to get more and more ludicrous prompting one to say “you just cannot make this stuff up”!
It is hard to keep a straight face when liberals whose favorite judges are the very definition of authoritarianism, such as the judge we will discuss here, will at the same time call President Trump a tyrant and a dictator, but that’s apparently the world we live in .
In his campaign President Trump promised to clean up much of the savage gang filth coming across our Southern border thanks to the Biden administration’s criminal negligence in allowing our borders to be wide open, including the Tren de Aragua gang which terrorized parts of Colorado, especially apartments in Aurora. Here are a few highlights from an article (16 people taken into custody at Edge of Lowry apartments suspected of being Tren de Aragua members, ICE says) about what these animals were doing to people there prompting the President to keep his campaign promise, as he is doing 24/7 with all his campaign promises to the chagrin of the far-left resistance movement.
AURORA, Colo. — More than a dozen people taken into custody at the troubled Edge of Lowry apartments in Aurora following an armed home invasion and kidnapping are suspected of being members or associates of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Wednesday.
The individuals — who have yet to be identified by law enforcement — are all Venezuelan nationals in the U.S. and are undocumented, an ICE spokesperson said in a news release obtained by Denver7.

During a news conference Tuesday morning, Aurora Chief of Police Todd Chamberlain said two people — a man and a woman — were accosted by approximately 13 to 15 armed individuals before they were kidnapped and taken to a different unit within the same building.
Chamberlain said the victims were “bound... pistol-whipped... victimized... terrorized," and described what both endured as "torture."
To counter this terrorist attack on our county, President Trump signed an executive order late Friday night invoking the Alien Enemies Act, a 1798 law which has been used only a few times but which fits this invasion-call it what it is- like a glove and ordered ICE to put 261 of these savages on planes headed for El Salvador whose President, Nayib Bukele, agreed to put them in one of his country’s prisons, appropriately named the Terrorism Confinement Center.
An excellent brief history of this law is found in an article at amerianthinker.com (A federal district court judge erases Trump’s ability to rid the country of enemy aliens):
Donald Trump understands what’s happening and sought to use a statute that empowers him to fight this covert warfare...only to have an Obama-nominated district court judge arrogate to himself the constitutional executive’s plenary power over America’s foreign policy and national security.
The military tactic of sending small bands of disguised troops into an enemy country is as old as war itself—and of course, our well-educated Founders fully understood this. That’s why, in 1798, the same generation that ratified the Constitution in 1787 and the Bill of Rights in 1791 (so it must be presumed to have understood what those documents meant), passed the Alien Enemies Act, one of a series of four acts designed to protect the new nation from enemy action.
Here’ s some background and a timeline explaining the fast moving train of events which culminated in the President of one of our best allies in Central America telling a far-left Federal Judge what we would all like to tell them in this era of seemingly unbounded lawfare against our duly eleted President (Report: The Reason Why WH Ignored Judge's Order Requiring Planeload of Gangbangers to Turn Around):
But how did the administration justify their not complying with a court order? The left is already freaking out about it, calling it a constitutional crisis and the possible onset of civil war. White House adviser Stephen Miller, however, reportedly said the order did not apply because the flight was already over international waters.
Here’s how it went down, according to a report:
The timeline: The president signed the executive order invoking the Alien Enemies Act on Friday night, but intentionally did not advertise it. On Saturday morning, word of the order leaked, officials said, prompting a mad scramble to get planes in the air.
At 2:31 p.m. Saturday, an immigration activist who tracks deportation flights, posted on X that "TWO HIGHLY UNUSUAL ICE flights" were departing from Texas to El Salvador, which had agreed to accept Venezuelan gang members deported from the U.S.
Hours later, during a court hearing hours later filed by the ACLU., Boasberg ordered a halt to the deportations and said any flights should be turned around mid-air.
"This is something that you need to make sure is complied with immediately," he told the Justice Department, according to the Washington Post.
At that point, about 6:51 p.m., both flights were off the Yucatan Peninsula, according to flight paths posted on X.
The policy of sending migrants to friendly countries when their home country will not allow their return is called the “Safe Third Country” policy and was created during Trump’s first term but discarded quickly by the arguably treasonous Biden administration which not only basically eliminated the Southern border but loudly invited the entire world to come in and enjoy the government’s largesse fruits of our labor. Several other countries, including Guatemala and Panama, have signed similar agreements with the State Department.
President Bukele, fast becoming one of the staunchest allies in the region, issued this statement containing one reference I found partiularly interesting:
Today, the first 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization, Tren de Aragua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable).
The United States will pay a very low fee for them, but a high one for us.
Over time, these actions, combined with the production already being generated by more than 40,000 inmates engaged in various workshops and labor under the Zero Idleness program, will help make our prison system self-sustainable. As of today, it costs $200 million per year.
On this occasion, the U.S. has also sent us 23 MS-13 members wanted by Salvadoran justice, including two ringleaders. One of them is a member of the criminal organization’s highest structure.
This will help us finalize intelligence gathering and go after the last remnants of MS-13, including its former and new members, money, weapons, drugs, hideouts, collaborators, and sponsors.
As always, we continue advancing in the fight against organized crime. But this time, we are also helping our allies, making our prison system self-sustainable, and obtaining vital intelligence to make our country an even safer place. All in a single action.
May God bless El Salvador, and may God bless the United States
(Emphasis mine)
What are the odds that we will soon see the Trump adminstration urging the states to adopt similar programs patterned after the “Zero Idleness” program.
President Bukele then had a pithy message for the judge who thought his jurisdiction was international”
To end on a lighter note, hopefully not inappropriate in view of the potential danger some of these radical judges represent, perhaps reaching its apex in a judge who thinks he can order planes over international waters to turn around and come back, here is the way one wit on X thinks Judge Boasberg views the scope of his power:
The Supreme Court, including Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Amy Comey Barrett, absolutely must put a stop to these overreaching judges on the federal bench and they must take that action immediately. What better place to start than a judge who has arrogated to himself not only the Article II executive power of the President of the United States but also an “international” jurisdiction, an absurdity by its own terms.
What must our Founding Fathers be thinking as they look down on the desecration of their magnificent creation? Perhaps like us they are thankful for that old adage “cometh the hour, cometh the man” and that such a man in the form of President Trump did come along - maybe just in the nick of time.
God Bless America!
The judge has an arrogance problem.
Love zero idleness! We need this for food stamps (for those who are able!) and prisons.
