Hamasurrection: Our Republic is Breaking Before Our Very Eyes.

Can a society go so far from reality that it “breaks”, however that may happen? When a society “breaks”, and it is my position that with the event I write about, we are starting to hear that unmistakable cracking sound, what then? How can a society just avert its gaze when confronted with the magnitude of the hypocrisy we are seeing with this President, this Department of Justice, this FBI, this CIA, this Democrat Party? The event of which I write happened this morning and the headline of the article I just read which prompted these musings screams warnings to all of us that our society may very well be losing its collective mind:

With all due respect for all the rights we are all entitled to under the First Amendment, including the now-forlornly forgotten “Equal Justice Under Law”, how can this possibly be countenanced in a Free Republic? The gravamen of the question is enormously enahanced by the almost-certain probability, not possibility, that the Department of Justice will take no action whatsoever, that there will be no National manhunts for any of these “peaceful” American citizens (?) by US Attorney Graves, he of the proud title of having obtained about 1,000 American scalps of citizens of whom many thought they were entirely within their rights to be in what they were told all their life was “The People’s House”, that there will be no Judicial scoldings from the Bench, once so highly respected, of the Federal District Court of the District of Columbia, for this “despicable” affront to Our Democracy(™)? 

Here are videos and images from the article which prompted these all-too-morbid thoughts for this Glorious Season of Hope and Joy, but I must ask what exactly, in all logic and good Old American Common Sense (can I still say that?), distinguishes this “mostly peaceful” crowd of citizens (?) protesting in favor of those who behead babies and those who “mostly peacefully” protested and pursued their right to peaceably assemble and petition the Government for a redress of grievances?

Here is the article itself; please, should you choose to read it please  help me understand what I see is an existential problem opening up in our society before our very eyes. 

I truly pray for the wisdom to at least try to understand how a Nation, such as the one we all love, can survive this kind of departure from all norms and traditions and laws upon which it was originally founded and which served it well for almost 250 years. As of this writing, I am at a loss. But as always, I will close with:
